Notice to Seller: Goods are offered at your own risk. Store representatives will make every reasonable effort to protect your property from harm and to sell your goods at the asking price. Your minimum price will not be shared with customers but will be used to set the minimum price for an acceptable offer. In consideration of these efforts the Western Carolina Model Railroaders Inc. will take a 10% (percent) commission on Items actually sold. Your proceeds and any unsold goods will be available for pick up during the final two hours of the show. Thank you for your participation and your support of our organization.
